No Wireless. Holes in the sheets. Restaurant food not good and expensive. No complimentary water in the room. No mini bar service. No safe in the room. All in all, expensive due to location and thats about it.
Close to the water, shopping and entertainment.
The cost of parking a vehicle - this was not mentioned up front.
Good position, clean, friendly staff. Amenable to late check outs where possible.
Not so good at helping with Seattle tour bookings etc
Nice Waterfront location, good & modern hotel with dedicated staff
This Marriott is an overpriced tourist factory. Waiting line at the front desk, 3 times room change, Nice little swimming pool but under the hihgway bridge near the railway track...
Very clean, comfortable beds.
A huge cargo train runs through the back of the hotel. If you really want to sleep stay somewhere else, or get and expensive room in the front of the hotel.
We loved the location and the view.
We were put in a small room on a low floor facing an external elevator even though we had paid almost $400 for a room on a high floor with a view. When we complained, they moved us to a room on a higher floor without a view. On the next day, they moved us to the right room. The tv didn't work properly and was not fixed. Our breakfast in the dining room was luke warm when it was served on one day. We did not get our wake up call at the right time on our last day. Finally, the hotel manager was abrupt with us when we complained about our reservation. This was the worst Marriott that I have ever booked. I am a Marriott Rewards member.THIS Was not a rewarding experience for our anniversary.
We were surprised by the staff- when they learned it was our 22nd wedding anniversary-and they brought up wine and fresh strawberries and real whip cream with a card- a great surprise to have waiting for us - made the whole weekend!
You have a Book of Mormon in the vanity. Thank you.
Very close to attractions we wanted to take our 11 yr. old granddaughters to after our Alaskan Cruise.
Location and how close to it was to the venue that our event was at. We enjoyed the market the next day as well.
It would've been nice if our room had a window that opened.
Fantastic location overlooking the Bay. Located right on Alaskan Way with all the attractions within walking distance including Pike Place Market and the Space Needle.
Poor choice available in buffet breakfast and definitely not worth the 25 dollars .
The bar staff were very helpful with suggestions of what and where to go on both evenings.
we visited the Edgewater for breakfast and have booked there for Saturday at the same rate with a Waterfront view and I am hoping a bit quieter with the trains
Location, friendly service
No minibar in room, paper coffee and tea cups instead of proper mugs.
Bad wireless connection and low speed.
The location, amazing view and the decor.
While I was so looking forward I an escape from our two-year old twins, and some much needed alone time wih my husband, when we arrived, we were told that their hotel was "completely booked" and they were not able to provide us with a room that had a king sized bed which was what we paid for and requested when I made the reservation. Instead we were given a room with 2 double beds and for 2 fairly tall and normal sized people a double bed was just not comfortable for the 2 of us to sleep in together for the night. I was very excited for this rare chance that we get to have time alone and am disappointed that our requests were not considered and granted. Best, Carly Byfield
